Phone call from SGL recruitment team
One of our lovely and talented recruiters will contact you to discuss your resume, work experience, test your skills and gather basic details. This should take around 20 minutes. If there’s a match, we’ll invite you for an in-person interview.
Invitation for in-person interview
Only successful candidates will be invited for in-person interview. During this exciting interview, a number of things will happen:
- Discussion about the benefits and challenges of working at SGL
- Face-to-face interview with one of our team members (approx. 30 mins. to 1hr.)
- Discussion about salary and employee commitment
Documentation for joining our team
Selected candidates will be requested to share required documents and references for background check. Upon verification of documents and references, offer letter will be released to the candidate.
Invitation to induction program
After accepting job offer, successful candidates will be invited for induction and training session that usually takes place in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
